My name is Angela McNeill, and I am a proud native of Hoke County, where I graduated from Hoke County High School in 1990. I am the daughter of Bessie L. McNeill and James A. Sanders, a devoted mother to my son Aaron D. McNeill, a grateful mother-in-law to Jasmine McNeill, and a proud grandmother to my grandson Arlo D. McNeill, who all reside in England.
Driven by a lifelong passion for serving others and positively impacting my community, I began my healthcare journey as a Nursing Assistant after completing my studies at Sandhills Community College. Through dedication, determination, and an unwavering commitment to professional excellence, I advanced in my career and now serve as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Certified Medical Examiner (CME). I am also a Certified DOT/Non-DOT Specimen Collector Trainer and a Trainer for Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT).
Today, I proudly serve communities across North Carolina and Maryland, offering both in-office and mobile clinical and testing services to meet the needs of individuals, organizations, and employers. As a dedicated healthcare professional, I remain committed to delivering the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, integrity, and compassionate care in every aspect of my work.
